Heather is a dynamite kitchen and bath designer and remodeling specialist. She is very hard working, dedicated, talented and professional.  Heather is experienced in all aspects of the remodeling process and stays focused on her projects from conception to completion. She really cares about her clients and the success of their remodel.   

Heather has 14 years of experience in interior design, with the last 7 years specific to kitchen and bathroom remodeling. She has a bachelor's degree in interior design from the Art Institute of Los Angeles. Heather specializes in configuring the best layout for a space and how to make it the most functional. She also has a great eye for color and for putting together the most cohesive combination of materials.

Christian is a top-notch production manager with over 35 years of experience in remodeling, custom homebuilding, and fine woodworking.  He is dedicated to keeping our projects on time and on budget while delivering amazing results. Christian's excellent communication skills, positive attitude and high energy consistently bring our clients’ needs and dreams to a reality.

Maggie is a wonderful addition to our design team! She is smart, patient, detail oriented and passionate about creating amazing spaces. Maggie has 20 years of experience as an interior designer and holds a B.S. in Interior Design from Cal State with a minor in Business.

Maggie enjoys working with people and fostering relationships with clients that make them feel comfortable throughout the remodeling process. She gives them the support they need to make successful design decisions.

Maggie has a beautiful family and enjoys all the wonderful things that being a wife and mother bring. In her free time, Maggie likes to read about the latest design trends and scour flea markets for vintage furniture which she also refinishes! 

John is knowledgable and experienced in all aspects of the remodeling process. His goal as Westside's estimator is to provide the highest quality residential construction and remodeling services at a competitive price.  John also focuses on coordinating the production of our jobs to keep them on schedule and running smoothly.

Francisco is an excellent carpenter and an wonderful employee. He loves working with wood and has a natural inclination for cabinetry installation and finish carpentry work.

Francisco takes great pride in his work, giving meticulous attention to every detail on the installation process. He enjoys building beautiful, quality kitchen and bathroom remodels and being a key part of their transformation. 

In his spare time, Francisco enjoys his own woodworking projects and lifting weights.

Omar is an outstanding employee and a great addition to the field team. He is very respectful, polite, punctual, reliable and hard working. Omar handles a variety of tasks, including protection, demolition, finish carpentry, managing deliveries. He also take pride in keeping the work areas safe, organized and clean. Omar super strong; able to load and unload large amounts of heavy materials all on his own. A true and dedicated warrior!

 In his free time, Omar enjoys modifying cars and playing video games.

Alessia is dynamic and dedicated to the office management and bookkeeping, with a strong drive for efficiency and accuracy.

Her previous 15+ years of experience in the residential construction and services industry as office manager and bookkeeper, and her experience in managing administrative and financial operations internationally, contributes to her multi-tasking skills and attention to details.

With a past in Pro Volleyball, Alessia is a team player through and through and can’t stop practicing challenging activities, hiking, biking, snowboarding, or playing beach volleyball, with a very competitive temper, and a passion for nature and outdoor.
