Our Proven Process

Our 4-Step Proven Process

1.  Call us or visit our showroom.

We will review your ideas for your remodel, outline our DesignBuild process, answer any questions you may have and together we will determine if we are the correct fit for your project and your needs. We will also discuss your timeline and a preliminary budget for the project.

2.  An in home consultation.

With a $250.00* retainer fee we will visit your home and look at the area you would like to remodel. We listen to your desires, needs and your vision for your remodel. We will also diSCUSS your timeline and a budget for the project. The retainer fee covers up to a 1 hour consultation and will be applied 100% towards your design fee.

3.  The design process.

For a nominal design fee, using the information from steps 1 and 2, we will prepare a written design agreement, including a scope of work, and a refined budget range for your project. If you decide to hire Westside Remodeling, we will work with you to develop the final design and make material selections of all of your finishes.

4.  Construction proposal.

With the design decisions and selection of finishes complete, we will present a detailed construction contract with the exact price of the project. With your approval, we obtain permits and begin the on time, on budget, professional construction of your proiect!

*For the first area i.e. kitchen or bathroom, additional areas $100.00 each.
