2 BEDROOMS & BATHROOM ADDITION, KITCHEN EXPANSION & REMODEL
LYNNMERE ESTATES NEIGHBORHOOD

The owners of this beautiful house loved their incredible view and surrounding neighborhood, but their home began to feel cramped as their family grew. They longed for two new bedrooms with a new bathroom in-between and a spacious kitchen, in a more modern style.

Their large lot allowed our team plenty of space for the additions. We added the two bedrooms and bathroom to the front of the house and expanded the kitchen 14 feet into the backyard.

After the additions were completed, we remodeled the kitchen and a hall bathroom in a stunning modern design. Our clients love their new spaces and tell us being at home is much more enjoyable!
